Sunday Most local journalists don't have much of a travel budget, but then most local journalists don't have the clout of KSTP's Jason Davis. In the latest edition of "On the Road With Jason Davis" (10:35 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5), the Emmy-winning reporter travels to Haiti, which receives meals packed by thousands of Minnesota volunteers in the Kids Against Hunger program.

Monday Well, that didn't take long. Just a few weeks after her appearance on "How I Met Your Mother" (7:30 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4) Britney Spears is back. Makes sense. Her last stop gave the sitcom its best ratings and gave her the most positive press she's had in years.

Tuesday

When was the last time you saw an uplifting movie about mountain climbing? (Sly Stallone's "Cliffhanger" doesn't count.) Don't expect "Storm Over Everest" (8 p.m., KTCA, Ch. 2) to do the trick. This "Frontline" special examines the harrowing last days of hikers who faced horrendous weather in a 1996 disaster. The testimony from the survivors is heartbreaking.

Wednesday

Barack Obama. Hillary Clinton. John McCain. Denny Crane. Um, Denny Crane? Our favorite wacko lawyer, played by William Shatner, contemplates throwing his hat in the ring on a new episode of "Boston Legal" (9 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5).

Thursday Amy Ryan is following up her Oscar-nominated role in "Gone Baby Gone" with every actor's dream: A guest appearance on "The Office" (8 p.m., KARE, Ch. 11). Even better -- for her and for us -- is that it's a one-hour episode, giving us more time to marvel at one of our most talented performers.
