A crash off to the right shoulder has traffic slowing on westbound 94 at Radio Drive.

Ahead, congestion will slow the drive into St. Paul. You'll need 18 minutes to get from 694 to the Capitol city, and another 8 minutes to get over to Hwy. 280.
