Corrections for Wednesday, Aug. 27

August 28, 2014 at 1:26AM

A caption on Page A2 Wednesday should have said Bob Dylan played with his band.

The birthdays listed on Page A2 Wednesday were incorrect. Jennifer Coolidge, Shania Twain, Jack Black, LeAnn Rimes, Florence Welch and Alana Thompson all celebrate their birthdays on Aug. 28.

A report on Page A1 Wednesday incorrectly described the education of former Minnesotan Douglas McCain, who died fighting for a terror group in Syria. According to Robbinsdale school officials, he attended Armstrong and Cooper high schools, but didn't graduate from either school.
