An article on Page B3 Thursday about the University of Minnesota incorrectly stated the four-year graduation rate on the Twin Cities campus. It is 61 percent.

A subheadline on Page 1B Thursday should have said it was Texas-based Golden LivingCenters that has been cited eight times by the state since 2011. The Benson nursing home is one of 26 it owns in Minnesota.
