A story on Page B4 last Sunday incorrectly described Democratic Rep. Tim Walz's military service. He is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, the Afghanistan war, during which he served in Italy providing supply-line security.
The Whistleblower column on Page B3 last Sunday gave an incorrect location for the charred remains of Lee's Cleaners and Laundry in Minneapolis. The building is located at 26th Street and 1st Avenue S.
A calendar listing for the Minneapolis Mosaic International Marketplace on Page F4 in today's 8 Days Out calendar gave an incorrect venue for the event. It will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Xcel Energy Headquarters plaza at 414 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis.
