Former Target exec joins advisory firm
CamberView Partners LLC, San Francisco/New York, announced the addition of Tim Baer as a senior adviser. CamberView provides independent, investor-led advice for public companies on shareholder activism and investor engagement.
Baer is a former executive vice president, chief legal officer and secretary at Target Corp. and since his 2016 retirement has been running his own independent corporate governance advisory firm TRB Partners LLC.
