Cordarrelle Patterson is the Vikings' lone representative on the AP's All-Pro teams for 2016. Patterson made their first team as a kickoff returner.
Patterson led the NFL with an average of 31.7 yards per kickoff return, making him the first player in NFL history to do that three times in a career. And he was one of only seven players to return one for a touchdown.
This is Patterson's second first-team All-Pro selection. His first was in 2013.
No other Vikings players made the All-Pro first or second teams, though defensive ends Everson Griffen and Danielle Hunter, cornerback Xavier Rhodes and safety Harrison Smith did receive votes from AP voters.
