There's no such thing as bad publicity? Maybe there is:

That makes sevenWhy, what are they worried about?

In case you're wondering how far it goes - can't say. Haven't seen a second of it, and have no intention of watching it. But here's one description from a Cleveland TV station, reporting on the CONTROVERSY:

Aw, they should use the scientific defense. No one defends bare butts on TV as a scientific requirement anymore, not since Dennis Franz did that NOVA episode. Anyway, the whole thing's creepy. MTV's realizing its "reality" shows may be exhausted some day, is trying to get into the "scripted" TV show market. So you have middle-aged execs green-lighting shows about high school kids doing things they'd be appalled to find their own high-school kids doing. Who's the market here? High schoolers who are dealing with sex, drugs and possibly cooties, or "adults" who want to tune in to gawk at teens?
