Wireless Ronin Technologies Inc., Minnetonka, has been notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market that trading in the company's securities will be suspended on May 31. The company had been previously notified that its shareholder equity falls under the minimum for the Nasdaq Capital Market. Wireless Ronin does not intend to appeal the delisting. The company's common stock will trade on the OTCQB, which is an electronic trading platform of the OTC Markets Group. The company's trading symbol will remain RNIN.
