MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Donaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, has acquired Hy-Pro Corp., a manufacturer of filtration systems and filters for stationary hydraulic and industrial lubrication filtration applications. Hy-Pro, based in Anderson, Ind., generates annual revenue of about $25 million through sales of filtration systems and parts for a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, metals processing and power generation.
