DEBT AND EQUITIES ATC Venture Group Inc., a Minnetonka-based parent company of Simonsen Iron Worlds Inc., said it will be returning its listing to the Over the Count (OTC) Markets from the NYSE Market. The company expects that the stock will begin trading under a new four-character ticker symbol on the OTC on Dec. 17.

PERSONNEL C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Eden Prairie, announced the retirement of senior vice president Jim Butts, effective Dec. 31. Butts has been with C.H. Robinson since 1978, a member of the executive team since April 2002 and a senior vice president since December 2007.

ProUroCare Medical Inc., Eden Prairie, has named Doris Engibous interim chief operating officer. Engibous, past president and CEO of Hemosphere Inc., primarily will direct activities leading to a 510(k) submission for a reusable probe for the ProUroScan system, the placements of systems at key opinion leader sites, and the production of systems in advance of market launch.
