TCF Financial Corp., Wayzata, said Neil Brown, chief risk officer, has resigned effective Nov. 19. The company named David Stautz, senior vice president, controller and principal accounting officer, to serve as chief risk officer, and Susan Bode, senior vice president and chief accounting officer, to assume additional role as principal accounting officer on Nov. 23. Brown had been with TCF since 1998 and was named chief risk officer on Jan. 1. According to company filings, he had responsibilities for enterprise risk management, credit administration, risk control services, compliance, employee benefits, human resources, legal and coordination with regulators and auditors. Before being named chief risk officer Brown was president of TCF Financial from 2006 through 2011.

SPS Commerce, Minneapolis, said Michael Gray, executive vice president of operations, has resigned effective Nov. 19. The company also announced the appointment of Brad Cleveland, president and CEO of Proto Labs Inc., Maple Plain, to its board of directors.
