NEW BUSINESS Enventis, a subsidiary of HickoryTech Corp., Mankato, has secured a 10-year contract to continue to provide the West Fargo School District in North Dakota with wide-area network services to connect schools within the district. The contract is valued at more than $1 million.

DEBT AND EQUITIES Nash Finch Co., Edina, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per common share, payable Dec. 7 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 23. There are 12.3 million common shares outstanding.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, said that its health care division has closed two credit facilities totaling $931 million for Trinity Health, a Catholic health care system, based in Novi, Mich. U.S. Bank is the sole bookrunner, lead arranger and administrative agent for the transactions.

PERSONNEL Skybridge Americas Inc., Minneapolis, has promoted Kevin Cattoor to chief executive officer from chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Cattoor succeeds Joe Thomas, who will be part of the company's advisory board, which includes owner Mark Morris and Pillsbury past president, Mike Paxton.

Imation Corp., Oakdale, said that Theodore Bunting Jr. and William LaPerch have been elected to the company's board of directors. Bunting is group president, utility operations, for Entergy Corp.
