MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS North Central Equity, Minneapolis, a holding company, said that its subsidiary, Mereen-Johnson, has acquired the business assets of Mereen-Johnson Machine Co., Minneapolis, a provider of woodworking machinery.
DEBT AND EQUITIES Deluxe Corp., Shoreview, has priced $200 million of its senior notes due 2020 in an unregistered offering. The notes will pay interest semiannually at an annual rate of 6 percent and will be unsecured obligations of the company. The closing of the offering is expected on Nov. 27.
G&K Services Inc., Minnetonka, declared a quarterly dividend of 19.5 cents per share, payable Dec. 21 to shareholders of record on Dec. 6.
