Toro names new technology executive

The Toro Co., Bloomington, has named Edric Funk director of its Center for Advanced Turf Technology. Funk will lead a team of engineers, agronomists and product development professionals.

Funk joined Toro in 1996 and was most recently director of worldwide product marketing in the Commercial Business division. Funk succeeds Dana Lonn who retired in June after a 48-year career with Toro.

Fastenal declares dividend

Fastenal Co., Winona, declared a quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share, payable on Nov. 22, to shareholders of record on Oct. 25.

Fuller posts dividend, names new director

H.B. Fuller Co., Vadnais Heights, announced a regular cash dividend of 15 cents per share, payable on Nov. 2 to shareholders of record on Oct. 19.

The company also named Ruth Kimmelshue to its board of directors effective Wednesday. Kimmelshue is a corporate senior vice president of business operations and supply chain at Cargill.

Mairs & Power names new trustees

Mairs & Power, St. Paul, announced that Bert McKasy, chair of the Mairs & Power Funds Trust board of trustees, will retire on Dec. 31 after reaching mandatory retirement age.

Dr. Mary Schmid Daugherty, a trustee since 2010, has been appointed the new chair by the board of trustees. The Board also appointed two new trustees, Susan Knight and Mark Henneman. Knight is retired SVP and CFO of MTS Systems Corp.
