Fastenal declares quarterly dividend
Fastenal Co., Winona, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 40 cents per share, payable August 22, to shareholders of record on July 25.
The board of directors approved an 8.1 percent increase to the dividend from the previous quarterly dividend of 37 cents per share.
