Faegre Baker Daniels, Minneapolis, has named Tom Froehle as chairman and managing partner of the firm effective March 1, 2017.
Froehle was the chief executive partner of Baker & Daniels before the 2012 merger between Baker & Daniels and Faegre & Benson in 2012. Since the merger Froehle has served as vice chairman and chief operating officer.
Froehle succeeds Andrew Humphrey who served as chairman and managing partner since the merger and has reached the firm's term limit.
