Donaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, announced that its president and CEO Tod Carpenter will assume the additional role of chairman effective at the company's next annual meeting in November.
Director Willard Oberton will become lead independent director. Current nonexecutive chairman, Jeffrey Noddle, will not stand for re-election at the next annual meeting. Noddle has been a Donaldson director for 17 years.
