COO of Buffalo Wild Wings to retire

Buffalo Wild Wings Inc., Golden Valley, announced that Chief Operating Officer James Schmidt has informed the company he will retire effective Aug. 14. Schmidt joined the company in 2002 as a vice president and general counsel and was named COO in January 2011.

Supervalu announces reverse stock split

Supervalu Inc., Eden Prairie, announced that it is planning a 1 for 7 reverse stock split effective Aug. 1. After the split the number of authorized shares will decrease to 57.1 million shares, and issued and outstanding shares will drop from 268.5 million shares to 38.4 million.

No fractional shares will be issued and holders of less than one common share will get the cash value of the fractional share. The company's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol SVU.

Glassbridge delisting shares on NYSE

Glassbridge Enterprises, Oakdale, announced it will voluntarily delist its shares from the NYSE. Shares trade under the symbol GLA and the last trading day on NYSE is expected to be Aug. 1.

The company intends to list its shares on the OTCQX Market of the OTC Market Group after trading ends on the NYSE.

KKR Health buys stake in Entellus Medical

KKR Health Care I LLC reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission that as of July 13 it had acquired a 5.5 percent stake in Entellus Medical Inc., Plymouth. KKR Health is an investment vehicle of KKR & Co., New York.
