Appliance Recycling Centers of America Inc., Hopkins, has been informed by Nasdaq that it has regained compliance with continued listing rules regarding Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.
Nasdaq informed the company May 31 that because its stock price had been trading below $1 per share for 30 days it was in violation of its continued listing standard.
