    • Most technical problems with our games can be fixed by updating Flash and clearing your browser’s cache.
    • To update Flash for free, visit this site for instructions and download links.
    • To clear your cache, please follow these instructions, which will work for most popular browsers:
      1. Open your browser, and while holding the CTRL and Shift keys on your keyboard, press the Delete key. This will make a new window appear.
      2. In this window, put a check in only the box that says Cache (some browsers say “Temporary Internet Files” instead of Cache).
      3. Click the Delete or Clear button at the bottom of this window.
  5. I cannot load any games – clicking on a game makes the page turn grey back to top
    • This can occur when using software that blocks ads or scripts on your browser or computer. To fix this, we recommend that you disable any ad-blocking or script-blocking software on our site.
  6. Sometimes a game doesn’t fit into my screen. How can I see the entire game without scrolling? back to top
    • You may need to adjust your computer monitor settings. If your computer monitor is set at 800x600 pixels or less, you may not be able to see the entire screen.
      • On Windows computers, right click on your desktop and select Properties. Then select Display Properties. Set your monitor to be a minimum of 1024x768.
      • On Apple computers, visit Display Properties and set the resolution for a minimum of 1024x768.
  7. What do I do if I am still having trouble accessing a game? back to top
    • If you have already updated your free Flash player software and have restarted your computer, it is most likely that the game problems you're experiencing are caused by an issue with your current Flash player.

      3. Save it to your desktop
      4. Double click the uninstaller on the desktop and follow the instructions
      5. When it is complete, reboot your computer
    • To install Flash:
      1. Go here.
      2. Click Download Flash Player and follow the instructions
      3. Navigate back to Startribune.com Games and select a game
