CNN anchor and correspondent Poppy Harlow gave birth to healthy baby girl, Sienna, born at 8.5 pounds and 19.5 inches long.

"Sinisa and I are thrilled to welcome our daughter Sienna into the world. We feel incredibly blessed and are over the moon with excitement," Harlow said.

Sienna is the first child for Harlow and her husband, Sinisa Babcic.

Since announcing her pregnancy last November, Harlow has continued to work. She even stayed up late last month to see Biz Markie perform at the launch party for CNN original series "The Eighties."

Harlow famously passed out on air last year but didn't miss a beat once she was cleared to continue working. She hasn't decided when to return from maternity leave at this point, but Harlow's previous actions suggest she'll be back sooner than later.
