Filmmaker Regina Kimbell is suing Chris Rock for at least $5 million and trying to block the release of his documentary "Good Hair," which opens Friday in some cities and nationwide on Oct. 23. Kimbell filed suit in federal court in Los Angeles on Monday, claiming Rock's project is a copycat of her film, "My Nappy Roots," which she says she screened for the comedian in 2007. Rock's publicist declined to comment.

GUY'S NOT OVER HER: Madonna may have told David Letterman that she'd "rather get run over by a train" than get married again, but her ex, director Guy Ritchie, tells Esquire he still loves her. "But," he adds, "she's retarded, too." He also compliments his ex -- we think: "She's a manifester, if there ever was one. First-rate manifester. Madonna makes things happen. Put Madonna up against any 23-year-old, she'll outwork them, outdance them, outperform them."

PICKING OUT NAMES: No, Mariah Carey isn't pregnant. But the songstress says she and hubby, actor Nick Cannon, have picked out baby names, though she's not sharing. The couple, who married in May 2008, gave an interview to Sirius XM during which they were also asked what the key to a successful marriage is. Cannon joked, "Lots of sex."

TENSION OFF THE DANCE FLOOR: Maybe things aren't so good between recent exes, pro dancers Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars." Chmerkovskiy tells People.com: "I feel completely betrayed. I'm done," without elaborating. But sources tell People that he's upset over the 31-year-old Smirnoff's relationship with her partner, Aaron Carter, 21. Chmerkovskiy and his celebrity partner, Debi Mazar of HBO's "Entourage," were voted off "DWTS" this week.
