At Be'wiched, co-owners Matthew Bickford and Mike Ryan are offering roast-your-own turkey three ways (plain, brined in rosemary and garlic, or Cajun-rubbed), a plethora of side dishes (andouille cornbread stuffing, oyster dressing, collard greens with tasso, and more) and salads (including couscous, white bean, spinach), plus maple-pecan or caramel-apple pies and other sweets. Order by Tuesday; pick up Monday through Wednesday, except during lunch hour.

The Birchwood Cafe is also all about Thanksgiving options. Pick up a Minnesota-raised turkey (sold with cooking advice from chef Marshall Paulsen), then add a side-dish kit -- cranberry-sage stuffing, cranberry-quince chutney and a maple-squash mash -- available in three serving sizes; all three are also sold à la carte. There are baked goods, too: multi-grain and potato buns, and pies, including Key lime, chocolate-pecan, cranberry-apple with a ginger streusel topping and maple-pumpkin; the maple-pumpkin can also be prepared gluten-free. Order by 8 p.m. Sunday; pick up Wednesday.

The holiday is covered at Lucia's to Go, the casual side of Lucia Watson's Uptown culinary destination. Select an oven-ready free-range turkey and choose from a list of trimmings: cornbread stuffing, squash soup, maple-glazed yams, wild rice-squash salad with sage vinaigrette, gravy and cranberry sauce, along with pumpkin, apple or bourbon pecan pies. Order by 8 p.m. Sunday; pick up Tuesday evening through noon Thursday.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
