As its name suggests, B-52 Slider Squad, the refreshingly unadorned white truck from B-52 Burgers and Brew in Inver Grove Heights, concentrates its energies on well-garnished quarter-pound monsters, including a notable veggie version. The fryer keeps busy turning out first-rate French fries and an impressive basket of sweet corn fritters.

It's all about Korean barbecue at Gogi Bros. The orange-and-black tiger-striped truck is a keeper, not only for its carefully marinated and grilled short ribs and pork belly offerings (and build-your-own bulgogi lettuce wraps), but also for its killer pot stickers and crispy fried rice balls. Oh, and the kimchi? Awesome.

At friendly Hibachi Daruma (the name comes from those cute Japanese dolls), it's all about grilled-to-order American-style Japanese comfort food: pan-fried dumplings, chicken fried rice, teriyaki chicken or beef or lo mein noodles topped with shrimp, beef or chicken.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020.
