A lot of $11-$12 wines tend to be inconsistent from year to year. Not the Line 39 Lake County Sauvignon Blanc — although the 2012 seems especially delicious. Lush fruit with a lovely lean edge from the just-right acidity, a rare combination of being clean and having nice depth and a refreshing finish are hallmarks of this beauty. Bring on the seafood, no matter the prep. Available at Surdyk's, Chicago Lake, Zipp's, G-Will, Morelli's, St. Anthony Village, Andy's in Rochester and others.
