Cupcake (3338 University Av. SE., Mpls., 612-378-4818, www.cup-cake.com) is celebrating its eighth birthday with a week of deals: $8 dinner entrees and $8 bottles of wine, starting Monday. A more time-sensitive special also takes place Monday: Between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., not only will $8 will buy four cupcakes (also available at Cupcake's Mall of America outlet, located on the third floor, West Market), but prizes will be handed out to in-store customers every eight minutes.
