First Conde Nast shutters its venerable Gourmet magazine. Now the upscale media giant is making some major changes at its other food publication. The L.A. Times reports that Bon Appetit magazine is losing its longtime editor, Babara Fairchild, and the Los Angeles-based magazine is leaving its West Coast offices, where it has tested recipes and shot food porn since the magazine was founded in 1975, and moving to Conde Nast's New York City headquarters.
