CBS is canceling one of it's longest-running procedural dramas, "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."

Ted Danson, the lead on the show, will be transferred over to "CSI: Cyber" starring Academy Award winner Patricia Arquette.

The announcement was made during a Wednesday morning press breakfast at Blackrock's Studio 19 in New York City. The breakfast and executive Q&A preceded CBS's upfronts presentation, which is slated for 4 p.m. ET at Carnegie Hall.
