Perhaps you're a "Cars" fan and are awaiting "Cars 2" with great interest, in which case: go play with this. Perhaps you're one of those people who cannot get your hands around the idea of a civilization composed of sentient automobiles who exist in a world obviously scaled for, and built by, humans - I mean, how do they build cars if they have no hands? Why are only some pieces of machinery alive, and others aren't? Why are they making a sequel to this one? (Hint: the toy revenue alone will keep everyone employed through a few more "Mars Needs Moms.")

The answers to all your questions will not be found here. Same link - it's a giant roll-over zoom-n / find the hot spot / interactive graphic for "Cars 2." It raises more questions, too: how could creatures that rely on the internal combustion engine exist in a human-free environment that includes monuments built before the internal combustion engine existed? Are you saying that cars evolved from carts? Okay. How did the carts get around without any form of energy? Or did the cars just kill all the humans? Is that it? Is there some kind of "Planet of the Apes" backstory here?

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat. It’s too soon to tell how much the immigration crackdown is to blame.
