United Bankers' Bank (UBB), Bloomington, named Mary Williams executive vice president, chief operations officer. Williams joined UBB in 2007 and was senior vice president, chief operations officer. UBB also named Conrad Newburgh executive vice president, chief credit officer.

Lazydays RV named Bob Brooke general manager of its Minneapolis dealership. Brooke joined the company in 2018 and played for the Minnesota North Stars from 1986 to 1990.

Allina Health, Minneapolis, named Kelly Spratt president of Buffalo Hospital and Cambridge Medical Center. Spratt was chief ambulatory officer at Hennepin Healthcare and serves on the board for Restart.

Uponor North America, Apple Valley, named John Schleiter vice president legal and business affairs, North America. Schleiter was an owner of Grotefeld, Hoffmann, Schleiter, Gordon, Ochoa & Evinger and was a partner at Fisher Kanaris in Chicago.

Fafinski Mark & Johnson, Eden Prairie, named James Seifert shareholder. Seifert was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary at Ecolab and general counsel and corporate secretary at Bemis Co.
