General Mills, Golden Valley, named Sean Walker group president for General Mills Asia & Latin America effective Feb. 1. Walker is a 29-year veteran of General Mills and worked for Hershey and Nestlé.

Salo, Minneapolis, named Lisa Brezonik president. Brezonik joined Salo in 2015 as chief talent officer and most recently was chief operating officer.

NetSPI, Minneapolis, named Bill Carver chief information security officer. Carver was NetSPI's practice director for advisory services and worked for Optiv, FishNet Security, Merck and CitiFinancial.

Career Partners International Twin Cities named Maureen O'Malley Rehfuss chief executive and president. O'Malley Rehfuss joined the company in 2017 as president and held leadership positions at Padilla.

Flagship Bank Minnesota, Wayzata, named Brian Wagner president effective Jan. 1. Wagner joined the bank in 2013 and most recently was executive vice president.

The Minnesota Broadcasters Association, Minneapolis, named Wendy Paulson executive director effective Jan. 2. Paulson is market manager for CenturyLink and was program director/director of operations for WCCO-AM.

Sourcewell, Staples, Minn., named Bob Seward chief solutions officer for its K-12 technology solutions.

Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick named Steve Nys an attorney at their Duluth office. Nys was a shareholder at Mark T. Signorelli and serves on the Duluth Playhouse board.

North Ridge Health and Rehab, New Hope, named Sesha Patel medical director.

Performix, Edina, named Brent Bowlby vice president of consulting.

National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners named Katelyn Reichow the 2018 Certified Nursing Assistant of the Year. Reichow works for Friendship Village of Bloomington.

Minnesota County Attorneys Association (MCAA), St. Paul, gave the MCAA Public Service Award to Mona Dohman and the MCAA Professional Achievement Award to Marlene Senchal. Dohman is commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety and Senechal is an assistant Hennepin County attorney.
