Wells Fargo Business Banking named Gary Dyshaw west central region leader. Dyshaw joined Wells Fargo in 2000 and was a middle market banking specialty industries division leader. Wells Fargo Business Banking also named Brett Beugen regional sales manger for the Midwest region.

Cushman & Wakefield named Terri-lynn Mitchell city lead for asset services in its Minneapolis-St. Paul office. Mitchell was a senior managing director at Cushman & Wakefield's Indianapolis office and worked for RREEF Management Co.

Perforce Software, Minneapolis, named Mark Ties chief executive. Ties joined the company in 2016 as chief operating officer/chief financial officer and worked for HelpSystems. Perforce Software also named Mike Goergen chief financial officer. Goergen was chief financial officer for Digi International and worked for Trimble and PeopleNet Communications.

MetroConnections, Bloomington, named Erin Thompson vice president of conference services, Bill Sather vice president of technology solutions, Andrea Murphy vice president of event services and Rachel Portela vice president of product services.

On the move

UCare, Minneapolis, named Cathy VonRueden vice president of provider relations and contracting. VonRueden was vice president of population care management at Essentia Health in Duluth and served on the board for Damiano Center.

Smart Care Equipment Solutions, St. Paul, named Scott Pettit chief financial officer. Pettit held senior financial roles at Insurance Auto Auctions and Fenix Parts.

Prime Therapeutics, Eagan, named Matt Pammer chief information officer and senior vice president. Pammer held leadership positions at AstraZeneca and Accenture.

American Swedish Institute, Minneapolis, named Erik Sorensen director of finance/chief financial officer. Sorensen was director of financial systems at Hillenbrand and worked for Boston Scientific and Guidant.

Jeremiah Program named La Juana Whitmore executive director of the Minneapolis-St. Paul campus effective July 9. Whitmore was director of consulting solutions at Metropolitan Economic Development Association and worked for Target Corp.

YWCA St. Paul named Michelle Daniel director of development. Daniel was major gifts officer at Greater Twin Cities United Way and a chief development officer at the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan. YWCA St. Paul also named Nikki Beasley assistant director of housing. Beasley worked for Women's Advocates.
