Uponor North America named Jon Sillerud vice president of operations. Sillerud joined the company in 2015 and most recently was senior director, operations.

ImageTrend, Lakeville, named Joe Graw chief operating officer. Graw joined the company in 2003 and most recently was vice president of client services.

First Industrial Realty Trust named Jim Schlundt regional manager/market leader for the Minneapolis region. Schlundt joined the company in 2005 and was operations director.

TCF Financial Corp., Wayzata, named Yvonne Franzese executive vice president and chief human capital officer. Franzese was managing director of change management for Allianz Global Investors and held human resources leadership positions for Citi, JPMorgan Chase and MetLife Insurance Co.

Risdall, Roseville, named Dave Schad executive vice president and general manager. Schad was general manager of FleishmanHillard Minneapolis and held leadership positions at Padilla, Group One and Carmichael Lynch.

Martin Williams Advertising, Minneapolis, named Kathy DiToro vice president, director of content production. DiToro worked for Craft Minneapolis, Ogilvy New York and McCann Minneapolis and served on the board for the Tubman Family Alliance.

Guild Incorporated, St. Paul, named Julie Bluhm executive director effective July 24. Bluhm is director of clinical innovation for Hennepin Health.

Netgain, St. Cloud, named Kevin Lynch chief executive. Lynch was chief executive of Volerro and was chairman for DocuTAP.

Fredrikson & Byron, Minneapolis, named Margaret Weil senior associate in the business & tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and energy groups. Weil was an associate for Chadbourne & Parke in New York.

YA, Minneapolis, named Nicole Mewes director of engineering. Mewes was information technology program manager for Abbott Laboratories and worked for Target Corp.

Canterbury Park, Shakopee, named Daniel Kennedy senior vice president of operations. Kennedy was assistant general manager for Penn National-Hollywood Casino Jamul in San Diego and worked for Mystic Lake and Grand Casino Hinckley.
