Outsell, Minneapolis, named Bryan Harwood president. Harwood joined the company in 2011 and worked for Travelport, Sun Microsystems and IBM. Outsell also named Litded Davis vice president, product and program management and Chris Johnson vice president, development.

Eide Bailly named Andrea Mouw principal and Maria Schwingler partner in the firm.

SkyWater Technology Foundry, Bloomington, named Brad Richardson vice president of manufacturing. SkyWater also named Gregg Damminga vice president of foundry services.

Little & Co., Minneapolis, named Brooke Brown senior vice president, managing director. Brown was vice president, account services and operations and worked for Life Time Fitness, Popular Front and Martin Williams. Little & Co. also named Jaye Peterson vice president, insights and innovation. Peterson was vice president, strategy and a managing account director.

Beehive Strategic Communication, St. Paul, named Abigail Greenheck group director. Greenheck joined the company in 2015 and worked for Olson Engage.

On the move

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) named Dr. Alvaro Sanchez chief medical officer of the VA Midwest Health Care Network. Sanchez was medical director for Medica Health Plans and served in the Minnesota Army National Guard.

Metropolitan State University, St. Paul, named Amy Gort provost and executive vice president for academic and student affairs effective July 3. Gort held leadership positions at Augsburg University and Concordia University. Metropolitan State University also named Kyle Swanson dean of the college of sciences effective July 3.

Knutson Construction, St. Louis Park, named Erik Gunderson corporate controller and Paul Deppa general superintendent.

Allegra Marketing Print Mail of St. Paul named Chris Hughes vice president of sales. Hughes held leadership positions for RR Donnelley and Quad/Graphics.

HealthPartners, Bloomington, named Amy Langer to the board. Langer is co-founder of Salo and served on the board for Washburn Center for Children.
