Marco, St. Cloud, named Chris Pudenz chief financial officer. Pudenz was executive vice president and CFO for ABRA Auto Body & Glass and worked for Milk Specialties Global. Marco also named Jennifer Mrozek executive vice president of business development and operations. Mrozek joined Marco in 1998 and most recently was CFO.
Be the Match, Minneapolis, named C. Randal Mills chief executive effective June 30. Mills was chief executive for the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine and served as chairman for KeraLink.
