Clairmont Financial Group, Minnetonka, named Josh Pratt employee benefits consultant. Pratt joined the company in 2016 and worked for Wells Fargo. Clairmont Financial also named Jonathan Simmons account services manager.

Mirum, Minneapolis, named Joe Monnens executive design director. Monnens was a design director for Olson and worked for Colle+McVoy.

YA, Minneapolis, named Mark Allen senior vice president of marketing. Allen was vice president of sales for TruGreen Lawncare and serves on the board for the Data & Marketing Association.

Premier Bank, Maplewood, named Steve Weitz president of the west suburban area. Weitz was market president for Charter Bank and held leadership positions at BMO Harris Bank.

Living Well Disability Services, Eagan, named Laurie Eggers director of advancement. Eggers was senior manager of special events-fundraising for the American Lung Association and worked for Colle+McVoy, St. Paul Pioneer Press, RR Donnelley and Gage Marketing.

Eyebobs, Minneapolis, named Susan Horvath chief financial officer. Horvath was vice president and chief financial officer for Tenacious Holdings. Eyebobs also named Sandra Aris vice president, product development. Aris was vice president, global design for Crocs.

Norway House, Minneapolis, named Christina Carleton executive director. Carleton was Minnesota vice consul of the Royal Norwegian Honorary Consulate General in Minneapolis and was a special projects manager for Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corp.

SureCloud, St. Paul, named Terrence Blake chief marketing officer and executive vice president-North America. Blake worked for Infor and Deluxe.

Hellmuth & Johnson, Edina, named Alec Sherod partner. Sherod was a shareholder for Briggs and Morgan.

Code42, Minneapolis, named Leslie Pendergrast senior vice president of people. Pendergrast was chief people officer for Datalogix and Sourcefire and vice president of human resources for Citrix Systems.
