Outsell, Minneapolis, named Catherine Decker vice president of people. Decker was director of human resources and was recently named an HR Rising Star by Human Resources magazine.
Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq, Bloomington, named Kjersten Jaeb general manager at Campbell Mithun Tower. Jaeb joined the company in 2009 and most recently was a property manager. Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq also named Joe Raasch manager of energy and sustainability, engineering and John Erickson a general manager.
MidCountry Bank, Bloomington, named Kevin Zenk branch sales director. Zenk joined the bank in 2011 as district sales manager and worked for Bremer Bank.

St. Cloud VA Health Care System named Scott Bartley associate chief of staff for education. Bartley held leadership positions at Emory University in Atlanta and is a member of the Veterans Health Administration's Medical Emergency Radiological Response Team.
Nexus, Plymouth, named Hilke Riechardt-Martinez vice president of finance and chief financial officer, effective Jan. 20. Riechardt-Martinez was vice president of finance and administration/chief financial officer for Touchstone Mental Health and worked for Ecolab. Current vice president of finance and chief financial officer Alan Nordby announced his retirement.
Code42, Minneapolis, named Mike Robbins senior vice president of worldwide sales. Robbins was senior vice president of North America commercial business for Salesforce and worked for IBM, Cogniti, Forensic ID and Mezzia.
Prime Therapeutics, Eagan, named John Drakulich chief sales officer. Drakulich was senior vice president of business development at OptumRx and was vice president of sales and market development for Prime Therapeutics from 1997-2000.
GHR Foundation, Minneapolis, named Manisha Bharti chief of strategy and programs. Bharti was chief strategy officer for FHI 360 in Washington, D.C., and is a member of the YRGCARE advisory council. GHR Foundation also named Jason Matz chief investment officer. Matz was chief investment officer for Carleton College and was named Endowment Manager of the Year in 2015 by Institutional Investor magazine.
