Cambria, Eden Prairie, named Tripp Parker senior vice president and senior director of its North American sales division. Parker joined Cambria in 2007 as district manager for the eastern division and most recently was regional vice president of sales.

JT Mega Food Advertising, St. Louis Park, named Ashley Kile director of research and insights. Kile joined the agency in 2011 and most recently was a senior account executive.

Third Street Brewhouse, Cold Spring, Minn., named Matt Milbert area sales manager. Milbert joined the brewery in 2007 and most recently was an alcohol compliance specialist.

Peterson Milla Hooks, Minneapolis, named Lauren Buckley director of strategy. Buckley was a strategic planning director for Mono and worked for Olson.

Parallel Technologies, Eden Prairie, named Amy Anderson controller. Anderson worked for TripleTree and PWC.

Climate by Design International, Owatonna, Minn., named Glen Wolf manufacturing engineering manager. Wolf held leadership positions for AmesburyTruth and is the inventor of multiple patented designs.

Peoples Electric Co., St. Paul, named Jake Sluss project engineer and manager for system one control. Sluss was an engineer for Trane.

Pinnaca, Bloomington, named Don Batts lead audio visual implementation technician. Batts was a systems programmer for Grand Casino in Hinkley, Minn. and worked for Graybow Communications.
