AllOver Media, Plymouth, named Jeff Griffing chief executive. Griffing was executive vice president for Taylor Corp. and worked for the Star Tribune, Sports Illustrated and Transworld Media.

University of Minnesota named Brian Burnett senior vice president for finance and operations effective Nov. 17. Burnett is the vice president for finance and chief financial officer for the University of Missouri.

Braun Intertec, Bloomington, named John McCormick chief operating officer. McCormick was chief financial officer for Lifetouch and received the Elijah Watt Sells award. He serves on the board for Bolder Options and the PinkySwear Foundation.

Securian Financial Group, St. Paul, named Ann Pilon McGarry second vice president for enterprise marketing. McGarry held leadership positions for UnitedHealth Group, Wells Fargo and Ameriprise. Securian also named Elda Macias director of segment marketing. Macias was vice president, retirement and segment marketing for Ameriprise.

Colle+McVoy, Minneapolis, named Kelly Gothier associate creative director. Gothier worked for BBDO and Olson. Colle+McVoy also named Jane Williams-­Petersen director of project management and Kristen McCune creative coordinator.

Mono, Minneapolis, named Katie Mack director of new business. Mack worked for Periscope, Adidas and Salomon.

RGP named Heidi Kadlec client service director for the Minneapolis office. Kadlec was manager of markets and accounts for KPMG-Minneapolis.

Primer 180, Plymouth, named Greg Lewerer senior copywriter. Lewerer was a senior copywriter for Wunderman.

Friends of the St. Paul Public Library named Kim Horton director of marketing and communications. Horton was a brand strategist and communications consultant.

Wausau Window and Wall Systems named Bob McCauley senior structural engineer. McCauley was a group manager for Enclos Corp. and worked for Ulteig Engineers.

Honors

National Association for Female Executives named Marlene McGrath the 2016 Global Women's Envoy. McGrath is senior vice president of human resources for 3M.

American College of Governance Counsel named John Stout a fellow. Stout co-chairs Fredrikson & Byron's corporate governance and business sustainability and social responsibility groups.
