Hoisington Koegler Group (HKGi), Minneapolis, named Rita Trapp associate partner. Trapp joined HKGi in 2003 as a planner and was a project manager for several community and parks planning projects. She serves as a professional development officer for the Minnesota chapter of the American Planning Association.

Jones Day named David Vander Haar partner. Vander Haar was a partner for Barnes & Thornburg and Faegre Benson and served on the board for Greater Twin Cities United Way. He served as chair of Minnesota State Bar Association's business and professional corporations committee and business law section.

KLJ, Edina, named John Mazzitello director of municipal services. Mazzitello was public works director and city engineer for Mendota Heights and served in the Air Force and Minnesota National Guard.

Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named Lisa McDaniel vice president, commercial operations and projects. McDaniel worked for Minnwest Corp. and served on the board for Anoka-Ramsey Community College Foundation, TwinWest Foundation and North Metro Soccer Association. Anchor Bank also named Brenda Johnson bank manager lead and Ken Brown information technology director of enterprise solutions

Bell Bank named Mitch Joyce president/northwest metro. Joyce was president of the northwest market for Central Bank and served on the board for Project Got Your Back.

Haberman, Minneapolis, named Cameron High associate creative director. High worked for Olson and Popular Front.

Fredrikson & Byron, Minneapolis, named Eldri Johnson counsel in the mergers and acquisitions, equity, securities and commercial law groups. Johnson worked for Lindquist & Vennum.

Marketing Architects, Minnetonka, named Terry Truebenbach director of infrastructure. Truebenbach was manager of network engineering for Hawaii Dialogix Telecom and an infrastructure architect for MedNet Solutions. Marketing Architects also named Ashley Hagman and Stephanie Burns account directors.

KNW Group, Minnetonka, named Michelle Lukens human resources manager. Lukens worked for Alarm.com.
