RBC Wealth Management named Wally Chapman central division director. Chapman joined the firm in 1995 as a financial adviser and most recently was Minneapolis complex director. He serves on the board for the Minneapolis Downtown Council and Hospitality House Youth Development.
PricewaterhouseCoopers named Jay Hare Minneapolis private company services leader. Hare became a partner for the firm in 1998 and serves on the board for the Feed My Starving Children's Minnesota Council.

Mann was executive vice president, strategy and sales for Vera Bradley.
Haberman, Minneapolis, named Emalie Wichmann associate creative director. Wichmann worked for UnitedHealthcare and Olson.
Ecumen, Shoreview, named Aimee Viniard-Weideman vice president of corporate communications. Viniard-Weideman was assistant dean and director of strategic communications and organizational development at the University of Minnesota Extension.
