ECMC Group, Oakdale, named Jan Hines president and chief executive of Educational Credit Management Corp. Hines joined the company in 1994 and serves on the board for the National Council of Higher Education Resources. ECMC Group also named Peter Taylor president and chief executive of Zenith Education Group. Taylor joined ECMC in 2014 as president of ECMC Foundation and was executive vice president and CFO for the University of California system.

Trillium Woods, Plymouth, named Elizabeth Ann Fetner executive director. Fetner was administrator of the Birches at Trillium Woods and was interim executive director at Newcastle Place in Mequon, Wis.

On the move

Pohlad Family Foundation named Susan Bass Roberts vice president, executive director. She was senior director of community relations/diversity inclusion for Best Buy and has been a top executive for the Atlanta Falcons. She serves on the boards for Twin Cities YWCA, Minnesota Council on Foundations and Breck School.

U.S. Bank named Joe Nardi head of global structured finance. He was head of the capital markets structured finance group for Wilmington Trust and held leadership positions at Wells Fargo.

Minnesota Historical Society named Melanie Adams senior director of guest experiences and educational services effective Oct. 10. Adams was managing director of community education and events for the Missouri Historical Society. Minnesota Historical Society also named Douglas Marty senior director of earned income, guest services and sales, and Peggy Ingison senior director of administration and support.

Dorsey & Whitney named LB Guthrie and David Meyer partners for the firm. Guthrie was a partner at Lindquist & Vennum and was a managing partner for Maun & Simon. Meyer was a partner at Lindquist & Vennum and is a former member of the Shorewood Planning Commission.
