Larkin Hoffman, Bloomington, named Mariel Piilola director of administration, Janna Highly director of financial operations and Mark Brauch director of information services.

On the move

Colle+McVoy, Minneapolis, named Steve Knapp executive director of media. Knapp was a media consultant primarily for Barrie D'Rozario DiLorenzo and a senior partner at Carmichael Lynch.

Olson, Minneapolis, named Tim Sauvigné vice president, connections strategy. Sauvigné was vice president, group media director for the Martin Agency in Richmond, Va., and worked in New York for McGarryBowen and Wieden+Kennedy.

Chartwell Financial Advisory, Minneapolis, named Rich Chapman managing director. Chapman held leadership positions for Clark Consulting and is a published author.

Peoples Electric Co., St. Paul, named Glenn Kroeten senior sales executive. Kroeten was a sales engineer for HumeraTech and worked for Arizon Cos. and Rubble Tile. He serves on the board for Joy of the People.

Brauch

When I Work, St. Paul, named Shane Helget vice president of engineering. Helget was vice president of development for Workfront and worked for OptumHealth and Digital River. When I Work also named Jason Hable vice president of growth and LeeAnn Belski vice president of talent and culture.

College of St. Benedict and St. John's University, Collegeville, named Tanya Gertz executive director of fine arts programming effective in September. Gertz was the director of campus programming at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and worked for the Decorah Public Library and the Northwestern Memorial Foundation.

Jungle Theater, Minneapolis, named Christopher Scholl managing director. Scholl was major gifts officer for the University of Minnesota College of Design and worked for Goodman Theatre and DePaul University.
