The Goodman Group, Chaska, named Clint Knacke chief financial officer. Knacke joined the company in 1996 as a retail accountant and most recently was controller.

PwC named John Potter greater Minneapolis market advisory leader. Potter joined the firm in 1995 and is a partner in PwC's U.S. deals practice. He is director and treasurer of the Jeremiah Program and is on the major/special gifts committee for the Greater Twin Cities United Way.

Thrivent Financial, Minneapolis, named Tina Smith vice president, deputy general counsel. Smith joined Thrivent in 2007 and most recently was vice president, managing counsel.

Logic PD, Minneapolis, named Lisa Walker chief operating officer. Walker joined Logic PD in 2006 as a manufacturing program manager and most recently was vice president of product support services. She worked for MTS Systems, ADC and Emerson Process Management.

Spong, Minneapolis, named Christine Michaelis vice president. Michaelis joined the firm in 2014 as managing counselor and worked for Exponent PR. She is co-chair of the Minneapolis Chapter of the Interpublic Group Women's Leadership Network.

Entrust Datacard, Shakopee, named Anudeep Parhar chief information officer. Parhar was chief technology officer for Bloom Health. He held leadership positions at Digital River, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Thomson Reuters West.

Michaelis

Allianz Life Insurance Co. of North America, Golden Valley, named Stephen Kennedy senior vice president of enterprise operations. Kennedy worked for AIG Life and Retirement for more than 22 years and most recently was a senior vice president of operations.

UCare, Minneapolis, named Michael Ruiz vice president of provider relations and contracting. Ruiz was vice president, Medicare market performance at UnitedHealthcare and worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota.

Hope 4 Youth, Anoka, named Lisa Jacobson executive director. Jacobson was vice president and chief advancement officer at the Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches. She is vice chair of the Hennepin County Sheriff Foundation and is a planning commissioner for Brooklyn Park.

Advantus Capital Management, St. Paul, named Ryan Schaden vice president of institutional sales. Schaden was a regional vice president of annuity sales in the Pacific Northwest for Securian and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.

Big-D Construction, Minneapolis, named Jason Barrett senior project manager. Barrett worked for CBS Construction and was an independent contractor.
