Association of Staff Physician Recruiters, St. Paul, named Carey Goryl executive director. Goryl was chief executive of the International Association of Forensic Nurses in Elkridge, Md., and served on the board for Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault.

The Bridge for Youth, Minneapolis, named Michelle Basham executive director. Basham is chief executive of the YWCA of Delaware and founded Avenues for Homeless Youth. She worked for the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services, FamilyWise and CommonBond Communities.

HGA, Minneapolis, named Jennifer Klund and David Loehr vice presidents. Klund has more than 20 years of experience as an architect and is on the Board of Regents for the American College of Healthcare Architects. Loehr joined HGA in 2012 and has held leadership positions at several Twin Cities architecture firms. HGA also named Peter Brown, Robert Good, Matt Hart and Mark Reckin associate vice presidents.

Gateway Bank, Mendota Heights, named Brian Maxwell senior vice president. Maxwell was a vice president and joined the bank in 2004.

Minnesota Association of Realtors, Edina, named Rod Helm 2015 Realtor of the Year. Helm is an independent sales associate at Coldwell Banker Burnet. He serves on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Professional Standards Committee and was a director on the 2014 NAR board.
