Stevens was executive vice president and chief operating officer and was a senior vice president of regional asset management for Colonnade Properties. Katter was executive vice president for the firm and held leadership positions for Thrivent Financial and Welsh Cos. Frank Dutke, United Properties president and chief executive, announced plans to retire in June 2016. Dutke serves on the advisory boards of Urban Land Institute Minnesota and U.S. Bank Twin Cities and on the Minneapolis Development Finance Committee.

Michaud Cooley Erickson, Minneapolis, named Kerry Bruggemann and Tim Eickman managing principals. Bruggemann was named Young Engineer of the Year 2015 by the Minnesota Federation of Engineering, Science and Technology Societies. Eickman was named one of the top 40 under 40 Engineering Leaders of 2015 by Consulting & Specifying Engineering Magazine.
