Dixon was deputy general counsel for UnitedHealth Group and a former chief of the fraud and public corruption section for the U.S. attorney's office for the District of Minnesota.

Salo, Minneapolis, named Lisa Brezonik chief talent officer. Brezonik was the president and executive coach for Brezonik consulting and held leadership positions for RBC Dain Rauscher, Integ Inc., Room and Board and Coram Healthcare. She serves on the Ann Bancroft Foundation board and volunteers with Menttium and Habitat for Humanity.
