Resource, Minneapolis, named Edward Tusa vice president and chief financial officer. Tusa held senior administrator positions in finance for the Mayo Clinic Health System in Cannon Falls, Minn., and worked for Shriners Hospitals for Children, Allina Health System and Hutchinson Area Health Care. Resource also named Doug Shellum director of facilities. Shellum was the facility manager at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota.

Healthland, St. Louis Park, named Todd Laddusaw chief financial officer. Laddusaw was chief financial officer for MicroEdge and was a finance director of the UnitedHealth Group System.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin, Eau Claire, Wis., named Wesley Escondo chief executive. Escondo was campus director for Globe University in Eau Claire and has worked for Rasmussen College.

Stratasys, Eden Prairie, named Chris Morgan chief marketing officer. Morgan worked for Hewlett-Packard for 25 years and has held multiple leadership positions, including senior vice president in the printing and personal systems group.

Cincinnatus, Minneapolis, named William King senior consultant. King retired in 2013 as president of the Minnesota Council on Foundations and serves on the Chancellor's Advisory Council, University of Minnesota, Morris.

Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named Lynn Groll senior vice president, personal banking west market manager. Groll was a vice president, bank manager for BMO Harris Bank. She serves on the board for Business & Estate Advisers, Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce, Park Nicollet Foundation and Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners. Anchor Bank also named Keith Crep vice president, business banking at the Snelling Avenue location.

Secretary of State Mark Ritchie gave Gustavus Adolphus College professor Max Hailperin the National Association of Secretaries of State Medallion Award. Hailperin served on the Electronic Roster Task Force in 2013 and 2014 and performed a security assessment of the Electronic Registration Information Center in 2014.

University of Minnesota gave Ruilin Li the Distinguished Chinese Alumni Award. Li serves as a member of the Minneapolis St. Paul Foreign Direct Investment Initiative Steering Committee and a board member of the U.S.-China People's Friendship Association. She is an attorney for Fredrikson & Byron and serves on the leadership committee of the University of Minnesota's China Center Advisory Council.

Minnesota Justice Foundation, Minneapolis, gave Pamela Wandzel the 2014 Outstanding Service Award in the advocate category. Wandzel is the pro bono and community service manager for Fredrikson & Byron.
