CSM Corp., Minneapolis, named Bob Micklash president of lodging and residential. Micklash was chief operations officer for Concord Hospitality and chief operations officer for Extended Stay Hotels. CSM also named John Ferrier vice president, architecture. Ferrier was the director of architecture and joined CSM in 2002 as a project architect.

Augsburg College, Minneapolis, named Beth Reissenweber vice president for finance and administration and chief financial officer effective in July. Reissenweber was vice president for finance and treasurer at Aurora University in Aurora, Ill., and held multiple finance positions at Roosevelt University in Chicago.

Itasca International, Minneapolis, named Shawn Maxwell president and chief technology officer of Itasca Microseismic and Geomechanical Evaluation. Maxwell was chief geophysicist and microseismic adviser at Schlumberger and has led technology development at Pinnacle/Halliburton and ESG.

Moving up

3M, Maplewood, named Michael Roman executive vice president of its industrial business group. Roman was senior vice president, business development, and a 25-year 3M veteran. 3M also named Jon Lindekugel senior vice president, business development. Lindekugel was vice president and general manager, health information systems.

The Opus Group, Minnetonka, named Craig Larson regional vice president of Opus design build. Larson was vice president of Opus design build and has 35 years of experience at the company. The Opus Group also named Christy Lewis director of business development. Lewis was the director of business development for Doran Cos. and has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial sales and marketing.

Enventis, Mankato, named Mike Olsen vice president of customer experience. Olsen has been with the company for more than 20 years and has held various sales management roles including director of sales.

On the move

Western Bank, St. Paul, named Jeff Wosje senior vice president, commercial banking team lead. Wosje was vice president of commercial banking at Bremer Bank and has 25 years of banking experience. He is a Plymouth City Council member and sits on the Hennepin County Workforce Investment Board and the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation's board.

Canterbury Park, Shakopee, named Michael Meyer director of business development. Meyer was corporate director of sales for Morrisey Hospitality Cos. and has more than 30 years of experience in the sales and hospitality industry.

Fredrikson & Byron, Minneapolis, named Debra Altschuler officer. Altschuler was senior counsel for Carlson Real Estate Co. Fredrikson & Byron named Philip Bubb officer. Bubb has worked for Iowa Distilling Co., Diment Carroll and Carlton Fields.
